Great phone but keyboard issue

The phone is great. It's a step up from my galaxy core prime. Loads more memory, better camera, smooth control and long battery life. Keyboard is great apart from one major issue. I use 4×3 keyboard with predictive text. This works on any message format like messenger, WhatsApp and text etc but does not work on any search format such as Google search, Facebook search, play search, Ebay search etc. It only works in Amazon search. Nothing wrong with phone, it's an issue with Samsung and there is no update to fix this.
