Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini - S III Mini name is the main negative!

These are good phones, as long as you don't buy it expecting it to be a version of the Galaxy S3 but mini-sized! It's best to think of it as a mid-sized smartphone in it's own right, and having only as much in common with the Galaxy S3 as, well, any other smartphone.

It's got the mandatory two cameras, both are modest (5mp main rearward one, lower-res facing one for selfies etc). On the plus side, this means the data they generate is not huge, and as most of the instagram, post-face or whatever apps don't send at hi-resolution, it probably does not matter for the price you are paying.

Plenty around at the time of writing, some said to be new, but they stopped making them a couple of years ago wiki says.

It's a good general-purpose Android smartphone by the biggest name in smartphones, Samsung. It's not huge, nor small. The best feature that stands out is that you can fit 64Gb memory chip in it (ref Wikipedia) and that was unusual at the time, it's a cheap phone to give you that much storage for pics and vids and songs etc.

Good value reliable all-rounder, from our use of it. We only decided to pass ours on because we were prepared to triple the amount of money expended on a smartphone.
