Couldn't possibly be happier with this product, great value, swift delivery, all the warranty and user documentation, virtually brand new, not a single mark or scratch as promised and a really lovely case and an 8gb additional treat to boot. The device works very quickly with a great screen resolution, no noticeable lag, and a loud meaty speaker. The Bluetooth connectivity is very responsive, it linked to my Bluetooth keyboard in next to no time and kept up with my typing speed easily. Brilliant deal, thank you very much, I shall enjoy many years of entertainment and emulator gaming. Monster battery, I've watched video after video and the device sips the battery very slowly. First non iPad tablet, and it’s such good value. Took me a bit of time getting used to Android. But worth it. Refurbished but looks like new.
Boxed up as if new. Excellent condition. Only thing that lets it down are the instructions, basically none of any use. Have not install Samsung apps as I do not know what these are again no info. as to what these are. Comes with some links to install Microsoft apps Word, Excel ......, not sure if these are free 30 day trials and again no info supplied. Tablet has a good speed and had no probs. with freezing or any other probs. You have to enable 3rd party apps to run any apps you install including the Microsoft ones. At the end of the day these refurbished units are a bargain.

Fantastic product. Great screen quality. Amazing battery life. Sad thing is its so easy to fill up storage. But I'm not going to downgrade the item just because of that. I used to always be an Apple product buyer until the Samsung galaxy s5 smartphone was brought out. So now every smart product i own is now and only Samsung (goodbye Apple). The camera on this tablet isn't the best but it's okay. Charging takes a little longer than most tablets. But for fps (frames per second) games and videos it's Outstanding. Speakers are nice and loud and best off they are clear no distortion yet. But give that time to see what there like as I'm a drum and bass maniac. It's amazing for its security. For example when you power on the phone or restart the phone it asks for a password which you set if you have one. So you can't fully turn the phone on without the password. I think this is a nice little unique touch. I LOVE THIS PRODUCT! I struggle having to put it down as it just keeps me so occupied. Overall 9/10. Fantastic purchase.Read full review...

Samsung 10.1
The touch controls are too close to the edge of the device,this allows my thumb muscles to touch them when I am holding it and it returns and switches ocassionaly whilst in use.Annoying.Also every 3 to 4 hours it just switches itself off even when watching a movie.not sure what is happening there as I have checked all the settings.

I was a bit worried of buying this tablet as it was refurbished. BUT, when it arrived in the original Samsung box, there wasn't a mark on it and the tablet worked perfectly.
