It doesn't fit

The advert says USB-C and states it fits the Samsung S8/S9 range. After receiving mine this morning, I plugged it into my phone and the input doesn't go all the way into the port on my S8+ and my phone doesn't even recognise that anything has been plugged in. I compared the lead to my old one and it is very slightly different (wider by a fraction) and much longer, I can only imagine that's the problem with it. Awful cable

*AVOID AT ALL COSTS* This cable is not what it says it is at all, it is not genuine, the plastic sleeve in which has the usb icon on the usb side of the cable, came straight off so obviously cheaply made. Straight away that was enough for me to not use the cable. I still have my genuine cable from when i bought my s8 but its very temperamental with charging hence the purchase of a new cable... bearing in mind it doesnt charge my s8 at all, doesnt matter what socket it is in or what plug i use, it doesnt charge the phone. Very poor quality and false advertising.

Absolute waste of time and money

The cable in no way works as a fast charge connection. Not even when plugged into original plug.
But plenty of reviews have said that and to be honest I bought it as a back up mainly to connect the phone to my computer for transferring files.
Which unfortunately this cable is completely useless for. Connects to allow a trickle charge but won't actually allow the transfer of files in any way.

Product is good although isn't a fast charging cable more just a normal cable but works fine on my s8, can't really complain considering it was only £2.

Poor copy - Non-original cable

Unfortunately, when I connect to my PC, (On any USB port) it sends the phone crazy, as its trying to connect.
It tries to connect, re-connect multiple times and will not stop until i unplug the cable.

The phone will not accept a non-samsung cable for data transfer, and a message comes up warning this is not an original Samsung cable, and therefore, will not be used by me in future..Read full review...
