Compact & simple to use

Purchased used but mint condition. Upgrading from a very basic phone, this one is fantastic for both calls & internet. The screen is very clear & can be easily seen in sunlight. Set up was super easy & accepted my Sim card straight away. Size is perfect for me & it is very light weight. Vibrates much stronger than previous phone so don't miss texts or calls.
The only negative I have is around battery life. Initially seemed ok until phone is switched off & then on again. This results in a loss of around 25% of indicated power. As the phone was manufactured in 11/2015, it is quite possible that this is the original battery. It may now be failing, so have a new one on order. Solution, at present, is to put into flight mode rather than powering down.

No good connection

Worked fine for the first few days, but now it's impossible to text and call. It just doesn't go through several times. Only works once every 10 times you try and resend the text or call. The phone is also very slow, and Internet as well, but anyway only bought for texts and calls and not worth paying for this. Wouldn't recommend this phone Read full review

Nice phones

The phones arrived in good time and I was happy with the price. They were packaged well and appeared to be brand new. I tried to take them to Samsung to get the extended 2 year warranty but as they had not come from a recognised Samsung Dealer they would not accept that the phones were brand new and not refurbished models. It is understandable as the phones are no longer manufacrutred and the serial number showed these phones to have been manufactured in France in 2013.
Having said that, the phones operate perfectly and have no marks or blemishes at all so I believe that they are new, just old stock.
I am very happy with the phones, which do carry a good length of guarantee from the seller, and would readily buy from this seller again.Read full review

I love this little phone. It fits everything I need on it. From surfing to media to my diary. I use it as a sat nav. As an alarm clock. It pretty much is indispensable. I choose it above all others. Firstly because of its size as it fits completely in front and back pockets of jeans. This is a must as too many phones are lost this way! It maybe small in size but the keypad is use able easily., and I can actually see it clearly without the need to squint. So a winner for me. Easy to set up , control and use. I will always stick with a mini size phone. Maybe small in size but speed is as fast as any of the other phones I have had. This is a decent enough spec for all my needs. An old model but far better than current ones at the £100 price point.

Soon as it arrived running Jelly Bean, I installed a custom recovery followed by a custom AICP rom. Running Nougat 7.1.2 which although not yet officially stable, runs great and no bugs that I've managed to find. Given the last official update was KitKat I couldn't have hoped for more.
About 36 hours on a full charge after running the battery through 3 full charge/discharge cycles. That includes NFC, wifi at home and LTE when away, about 45 mins of calls, regular texting, WhatsApp, Messenger, Android Pay and some YouTube.Read full review

appears to have a rather limited memory and thus does not work well with photos and facebook But a nice little phone who just wants that facility.

2nd hand samsung mobile

I needed a small compact phone for my son who is always loosing his mobiles,just left his brand new iPhone in a sports changing room ouch!!
Well I was not going to buy him another or a new phone,this option was worth it 12 months warranty,With that I had to buy it and was well worth it.
Phone has a few marks as indicated in sales Ad,screen had hardly no marks,clean and came with USB charge cable.
I cannot understand why more phone makers don't make 4 inch or 4.7 inch smart phones,they fit in your jeans front pocket better??
