Lightweight with an easy to read screen
It does what is required of a mobile phone and allows apps to be added as needed and does not appear to have unwanted apps running in the background using precious battery life.

Great phone for price
I think this is the last Samsung phone that has a replaceable battery. I still this is important. Only had the phone a week but appears that everything works with my talktalk SIM working on vodaphone. Although previous AT & T the only thing that appears to show this is the AT & T is the symbol on start up. The email message states "sent from my AT & M smartphone but is easily changed to what ever you wish with a little practice. So far a very good product.Read full review

Good performance at a relatively low price
It offers 1920 x 1080 video in a fully featured smartphone. Unlike an Apple device you can install an additional memory card (I installed a 64Gb card costing about £10) to store your music, photos and videos. I get two or three days from the battery but it charges up really quickly. I bought a spare battery for just £5. An excellent product for the money.Read full review

Fantastic Mobile
Having owned a Samsung Galaxy S5 myself, I knew this was going to be appreciated by my daughter to replace her S4 mobile. Easy to use, reasonable internal memory (16 GB) and expandable with a micro SD card. Very pleased with the mobile. Read full review

Well worth the money
I purchased the S5 after a VERY disappointing experience with the Galaxy Grand Prime.
The storage capacity of the S5 compared to that of the Grand Prime, is worlds apart & makes me wonder what Samsung were thinking when they made the Grand Prime.
Although the S5 is an older model, it still ticks all the boxes, able to run on the Marshmallow OS it's relatively up to date.
The battery life isn't as good as in older models but is better than a lot of it's competitors and it does have the advantage over the S6, in that you can actually replace the battery yourself without having to send it off or take it to a shop.
It uses many of the familiar functions of it's predessors and from that point of view, is easy to use.
if you are in the market for a robust, reliable and given the cost of newer models, a relatively cheap phone, then you wont go far wrong with the S5.

Love this phone
Great phone. Camera first class and phone itself easy to operate and understand. Only downside is battery charge which is somewhat lower than other phones but still great phone.
