Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8GB, Wi-Fi, 7 inch - White

Excellent Lightweight Tablet

Just switched to this tablet from an IPad mini as i dont use a tablet that often. It is a little smaller, but very good quality. The screen is not as good as the ipad, resolution wise, however you really cant notice a difference at that size. Unlike some of the other cheaper tablets, this seems to keep its more expensive feel. It works quick and does everything i need, i would recommend this product if your after a small tablet. I would search around as i did for a bargain on ebay, such as a new(other) or recondition etc, rather than paying £140 from a high street shop. I got mine for £75, looks brand new to me. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars, the only reason it gets 4 is the storage. Now i got the 8gb version, not sure why anyone would make a tablet with that about of storage, as just over half of it is took up by the software and default apps. I have ordered a memory card (another plus it has over the IPad) although a lot of things can be stored on there not everything can.Read full review

8GB is not enough!

I bought this to use as an e-reader as l don’t like Kindle devices, the bloatware on this uses half the storage. I uninstalled the updates on the apps that l could, installed Kindle and Audible, and was forced to install a 32gb memory card to download my books!!! In short, this device leaves an awful lot to be desired. Web browsing is extremely slow and clunky. If it wasn’t for the fact that it’s working adequately as an e-reader, it would definitely be going back, so do yourself a favour and spend a bit more so you actually get something that is fit for purpose.Read full review

My first tablet.

I usually use a desktop pc but it had a few problems recently and whilst I was allowed to use my wife's tablet, (Which I had bought her!) She really did not like me using it. So, I decided to purchase my own. Having read reviews, Samsung came out pretty well near the top and I had purchased a Samsung Tablet for my wife, and so decided on one for myself. The Tab A is very good and at present we are both only using them at home via our WiFi but will invest in mobile network in the future. Good quality

The advert states that there cosmetic damage scratches and chips but this won't affect the use of the tablet, and for the price I thought there would be a few marks on it, basically when I opened the box I was amazed to find not 1 mark it looks brand new and we were over the moon, I don't know if we have touched lucky or they are all like that but I would happily buy again from hereRead full review

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7 is great for the price as it was in excellent condition like brand new as it was manufactured repaired, came with a great 1280 by 768 screen which is 720p and the brightness is fantastic very clear to read and see. 1.5gb of ram is great for main apps and Web browsing and basic games.
