Wrong power supply missing remote etc
The product itself looks fine... although the subwoofer is abit banged up but I understand its refurbished product.
I don't understand why its missing the main power supply the power supply into the sub woofer is wrong and the remote, also theres no stand either. so abit misleading is an understatement.Read full review

Great soundbar.... don’t have any other bluetooth devices on in the same room as it!
Great sound. Good quality. Only downfall is the bluetooth is constantly trying to connect 24/7. If you have any device in the room with bluetooth on, it will look to connect to it automatically and will cause a 1-2 loss of sound! Lots and lots of people have this problem and Samsung offer very little in the way of help. We discovered it by chance. Now with no other bluetooth device in the room it’s a perfectly good soundbar.Read full review

Great depth of sound
Adds so much depth to the sound. TV's are so thin now that speakers are just too small to get any real depth. And the sound bar is wireless too so no wires everywhere.

nonsense instructions
The instalation instructions are rubbish! I bought the cable the instructions indicate, but it didn't work and was a waste of money. I had to pay a technician to advise, and he supplied the correct cable and installed the sound bar. The sound is only fair: I think you get much better results playing the sound through your hi fi system. I would not buy it again!Read full review
