Simple to operate, roomy but compact. Adequate power

A great microwave with plenty of room. At 800W it's powerful enough to do what I want (mainly reheating / defrosting stuff) and easily takes a couple of takeaway plastic containers with room to spare. The internal walls curve outwards a bit so theres more room than it looks from the outside. Very easy to operate, which again suits me fine. It loses one star for what several people have mentioned in the past : it's almost impossible to see what your food is doing inside while cooking. Good but you can't see inside when it is switched on

Overall quite happy with the product. I have two criticisms: 1 you cant see what is happening inside when the microwave is cooking because the glass is too dark. It could be that something is boiling over but you cant see it. 2 I still haven't managed to set the clock on the microwave, I have read and re-read the instructions but it still won't set?
I wanted a simple, straightforward microwave and that is what it is. Nothing fancy just functional.Read full review

Straightforward and easy to use

A good compact size and very smart looking. It is extremely easy to use, which is what I wanted - none of the fussy buttons and programmes which some of them have. The door can be opened without pulling the microwave forward, which was irritating on my previous (similar Samsung) model. My only criticism is that it is difficult to see inside when the microwave is on, but I had this issue with my previous model, so am used to it. The inner lining is also of a dark colour (unlike my previous model) and I would prefer it to be white/cream. Otherwise I'm very pleased and don't regret choosing this particular microwave.Read full review

Great microwave.

Love my new Samsung microwave, it replaced a very old Sanyo and what a difference. I never did figure out how to use the Sanyo properly as it was so complicated but the Samsung is so easy to operate, couldn't be simpler. The only small niggle is the black window, I can't see the food whilst it's cooking, but that's a small price to pay. Love my new microwave !Read full review
