Samsung Radiant 360 R5 Wi-Fi Bluetooth Speaker WAM5500

Great product at this price.

I really like this speaker. I paid about 130 used, but in new condition. Excellent value at that price, but at full retail, which is 5 times as much, I would have been very disappointed. At full volume, the sound quality is excellent. but not loud enough to power a college party. At that price, it usually should be. That being said, I don't need to do that. It doesn't have a battery, which can be good or bad. The bluetooth works well, but a hardwire option would be nice. It has an app for WIFI, but it needs significant improvement. I like the controls for how I use it, which is just with my ipod/ipad/smartphone, but it also works with music services and how that works is not exactly intuitive.Read full review

Difficult to install

The menus to get the speakers to group and use in a surround sound system was difficult. Took me about 2 hours of reading, internet searching etc.. the key was to add the sound bar on WiFi as well once I did that they paired and linked immediately.
Sound is much better on the R5's on WiFi with iHeartRadio Pandora than through the TV surround soundbar. No way does it compare to the sound of a true 5.1 system with receiver and "tall column type speakers.Read full review

This is the second Samsung 360 R5 I've bought because of the sound. Good base, clear sound and good dispersion. Very pleased with these speakers plus I can sync them together for some fantastic sound. Actually may buy more. Samsung hit a home run with these. Full bodied sound. Sounds good, difficult to network

I owned an R5 and was so happy with it bought another thinking I would use the Samsung Multiroom app. Unfortunately, struggling to get the app to connect both speakers. After trying for a couple of hours I downloaded some troubleshooting tips from Samsung. I'll try those next but be warned.Read full review

Samsung 360 R5 Wireless

Starting to build a wireless audio system around my Samsung 4K 3D 55" TV. This speaker sounds PHENOMENAL. App is really easy to use and cost of the unit is 1/3 that of SONOS with Bluetooth ! Bose is also too expensive. Between the app, seamless integration with my Samsung TV and Bluetooth, it's a no-brainier. I will be adding more R5's!!Read full review
