Seemed good..until tried using it

Good quality product but so many straps and so much metal to paintwork contact , with the clips being "sprung" into the gaps in the bodywork..ouch. and then you put a bike on and it doesnt sit tight anymore and then you cant figure out what strap will tension it agai..unlikely to use it on the car..may try a cheaper one..less to lose if it doesnt fit..!Read full review

Ideal, lightweight, 2 bike carrying bike rack

This was bought as a replacement for my previous Saris Bones 2 that was damaged in a car accident. I am very happy with the Saris Bones 2, it is easy to assemble/disassemble and attach/remove to/from the car. The bikes are quick to attach/remove and travel securely on the rack. Felt safe

I’ve had the basic bike racks before and they were ok but it did fall apart even after little use. I wanted to buy one that was sturdier but not crazy expensive as I don’t have that kind of budget. The problem I’ve discovered is how does one stop all the bad roads effects towards loosening the cords , leaving vulnerable to bike maybe falling off on journey
