Lovely recipes, and beatifully written.

This is a brilliant book, have already made rock cakes and the Victoria sponge and they were absolutely delicious. I plan to make the buttermilk scones next. The recipes are easy to understand, the items needed easy to find in shops and Marian Keyes brings her usual humour to this book and I thoroughly empathise with her reasons for writing this. One of my favourite baking books.Read full review

Interesting

Good and varied cake recipe book, from an established author, not of cook books of course, which is why the variety is one of the main attractions.
