Twice I ordered the 1 a day version and received the one that has to be taken 3 or more a day and that's not what I ordered or wanted. Now i don't know how to get what I want . Excellent for Lactose Intolerence problems

About the only product on the market that actually works for lactose intolerance. I have been using this for about 5 years and it has given me my life back. I take this first thing in the morning with a sip of water before having a shower. You have to wait about 10 -15 minutes before eating or drinking for it to protect your stomach. It's means that throughout the day I have no tummy pain, no diarrhea or other symptoms of lactose intolerance. It can be hard to get a hold of in the UK which is a great pity. I have tried lots and lots of other lactose intolerance treatments over the last 18 years and this one is the only one that has worked and stayed working. Great stuff - I use it all the time.

I have developed severe dairy allergies as I mature, so dairy makes me violently ill. Once in awhile I crave pizza or cheese, so take this pill prior to eating a bit of dairy really helps! Nothing I found is better for LI

One a day does it. Unless I eat ice cream then I take another just before the ice cream.

Usually, for the ice cream I will take the costco brand fast acting lactase because its cheaper.

But, I can go only with the other brand because inevitable I will forget to take one before every meal and then suffer.

Works the Best

I have had to use lactose defense products for many, many years. Digestive advantage is absolutely the best. It's the only product that I have found that you only need to take one a day. All others you need to carry around with you and take one each time you might eat a dairy product. Very inconvenient. Take one Digestive advantage in the morning and you're good to go. Once a day lactose intolerance help

This is a once a day capsule for those with lactose intolerance, ( uncultured milk allergy). For me it has been a life saver, no more stomach cramps and diarrhea when I eat something that has a bit of milk in it, and all I do is take one every morning. I can even eat some ice cream, butter still gets to me if I have much of it though.
For me, These do what they say they will, I still must be careful and not have too much much milk product, but oh what a difference!Read full review
