as instructed, so I do it in two five minutes ( the second time reheating for 7-8 seconds) This works

Ok but not as good as touted.

Makes eyes feel good but even after 25 secs in a 900w micro stays warm less than 10 mins. Certainly not the 30 secs stated in the leaflet.
