These ice pods are great for any pet during a heatwave. The smooth shape means the rabbits can’t bite into them unlike other types of cooling mats or plastic bottles. Great pod for keeping hammies cool!
We’ve popped this in our hammie’s cage on hot days and it seems to keep him cool. He hasn’t tried to chew it either (besides, it’s made of super sturdy plastic).
Bought two, to rotate. Would work well for underneath the cage too-maybe one at each corner.

My rabbits love these. I have 4 bunnies and 4 ice pods; they do share but having 4 enables me to always keep a couple in the freezer so they are on hand when the others start to warm up. Sometimes the rabbits like to just put their front paws on the pods to cool down a little, sometimes they like to huddle round it like it's a (cold) fire! Would definitely recommend.Read full review
