Excellent quality and value, just wish I had bought them sooner!

Years ago (1970's), I had a small set of Whitworth open ended spanners which seem to have gradually been borrowed or lost over time. Recently renovating a couple of British motorcycles, I kept struggling when the odd Whitworth nut or bolt that appeared where you least expected it, despite most fittings being AF. Resorting to an adjustable spanner resulted in wrapped knuckles, rounded heads and a lot of cursing, so finally having a decent set of Whitworth combination spanners was long overdue.

What bliss, an excellent quality set with a good feel to them and so, so much better than my 1970's equivalent... Highly recommended, fast service, good value, I just wish i had bought them sooner. Hope they stay in stock for others as I can recommend them unreservedly.Read full review...

Vintage sizes with modern quality

Going back to my younger motorcycling days I remember how cumbersome and clumsy my old Whitworth tools were but this is a very good quality set of spanners, very neat and a good feel when using. Very good value for money.
