Does exactly what it claims to do.

It is a simple tool but it works very well, is easy to use and not expensive. It makes the home made set of brake pipes look every bit as good as the factory made product.

A packet of Polos would do a better job!

Save your money and use a packet of Polos instead.
Sealey pipe straightener has no internal rollers and doesn't straighten pipe.
This product is beneficial if you need to build arm muscle because it's almost impossible to get the pipe moving.Read full review...

Affordable and achieves acceptable results

Having a wobbly brake run is too offensive to my OCD, but I could not justify an expensive pro tool. This thing actually works reasonably well. On coiled pipe, it’ll largely remove the curve although I found that the pipe wasn’t completely straight. However this is easily sorted manually.
On pipe with mild curves where the pipe may have been accidentally bent, it again works well - although advancing this tool along the pipe can be a little challenging.

Overall this is an affordable pipe straightener that does the job well enough - and I am happy to have bought and used it.

Great little tool!!

A very simple idea but one that works really well. Essentially it's just a plastic tube which, as you draw the copper pipe through it, straightens the 'coil' that the pipe is supplied in. It's quite a snug fit (well, it has to be!) so a little lube would be useful, perhaps. you'll have to straighten the first couple of inches by hand so it'll go through the hole without scoring the inside of the plastic. However, this is a GREAT LITTLE TOOL and tremendous value. Recommended. Read full review...

A waste of money.

A total waste of time and money, if you want a tool to help you unwind a boil of brake pipe it poor at best and is totally rubbish if you want all kinks and wobbles out for a nice install into a restored classic car or project.Read full review...

Good little tool and very good value for money.

Very neat little device and tremendous value for money compared with some very pricey alternatives. lines are not absolutely ramrod straight after they go through it but are not far off along the length of the car. I'm very pleased with it.Read full review...

The very dab.

Sometimes in life the simplest things are by far the best available. This item proves that rule all day long. Easy to use and the finish it allows you to give the job is as good as OEM.

Pipe straightener.

I haven't used it yet but looks like a good quality, simple little tool that should do the job easily.

use of.

item is ok, but you would need a strong pair of hands, to pull pipe through, in order to straighten pipe. item could do with some type of handle to give you leverage.
