I doubt if you'll find better value with all these functions
Plenty of simple timing lights / strobes around, but having recently worked on a couple of modified engines
where I really needed to know the exact timing and be able to check the dwell angle as well, I bought this TL93 timing light. In short, it does a great job. The xenon flash is easily bright enough to use in the garage with the lights still on, the vernier adjustment for altering the flash timing works very accurately, with a nice clear display, and it works every bit as well as a well-known brand which is often supplied to the motor-trade, but at a third of the price.

Dwell measurement would be improved by having a switchable number of cylinders. The graph to convert from observed dwell to actual dwell is small in the instructions and benefits from scanning and printing larger.Read full review

Great product - but...
Bought this from Demon Tweeks, great price, quick delivery. Works fine and is as accurate as the Snap on one. However I'm using it on a CDi system and the dwell function just doesn't work. Sent it back (thanks again DT) but it was returned from Dealer as fault free.
