It does everything it needs to do, excellently.
This is a perfect wristwatch. It is handsome, rugged and reliable. It has a quartz mechanism which is apparently accurate to seconds per month.
It is waterproof to way below depths I dive to.
The strap looks and feels as though it will last for a lifetime, and though it's a bit stiff at first it will soften.
The luminescence is bright and clear, though like all watches, it fades after a long time in the dark. The hands and numerals are large and contrasting, so it's easily usable at midday or midnight.
The crown is large and knurled so easily manipulated.
The date is clearly visible and easily set.
In fact it does exactly what I want from a watch, and is good to wear and look at at the same time.
I have an expensive Swiss watch that costs me €350 every 4 or 5 years to service. This Bulova will require a new battery every 3 years or so at a cost of about €15. Read full review

Great features which are highly visable
The watch is exactly as described and I am pleased with the look of it, however although the strap is described as fabric it is lined with another material and I find that rather bulky. The only thing I found difficult was changing the date as I could not get the “ B “ position so had to wind it through 24 hrs.Read full review
