Sekonic L-308S Flashmate Light Meter

Excellent light meter for flash / ambient light.

Pros :
1. The light meter can be set to full, half and one third f-stop increments to match your camera's settings.
2. The device is small, lightweight and rugged enough to stand up to daily use.
3. It is versatile too - you can read incident and reflected light by simply sliding the white lumi-dome to one side.
4. The device also comes supplied with an attachable lumidisc, to allow the light meter to read contrast for photographing documents and translucent subjects.
5. ISO ranges from 3 to 8000 can be selected and the unit can provide readings in either f-stops or EV ranges.

Cons:
6. Not compatible with High Speed Synchronisation (HSS) used on some newer flash units and cameras.
7. The light meter only has a PC flash socket fitted to allow firing your flash from the light meter. If you don't have an extension cord you will need to fire your flash manually to measure the output.Read full review
