Useless

- Not loud enough.
- Do not block aircraft noises.
-Too tight on the ears.

I travel often and use earphones during flights but they do not block the outside noise and was looking for headphones because they cover the ears and may be block aircraft noises better. I just used the Sennheisr PMX50 on 2 flights and they were useless and had to use the earphones in stead. They did not block any noise and were less loud than earphones and could hardly watch my programs with them because I hardly heard any dialogue. The only thing experience left me with was sore ears because they are very tight and very uncomfortable on the ears.Read full review

Good but not for workouts

Good sound with a tight neckband holding the phones on your ears but after 10 mins workout, the earpads get wet and the phones slip off the head. If you are not working out, these are fine and good value for money, but they are not for exercise.Read full review

Great sound, if only they'd stay in place

This was purchased as a means of blocking out office noise. It does that admirably & with great sound depth but, even when sitting still, it slips and necessitates awkward adjustments. I can't see these remaining in place while walking (unless I have an especially odd shaped head!). I may try finding other methods to keep them in place as the sound quality is definitely worth it.Read full review

Misses the mark

Just doesn't really stay in place if you move your head. Sound quality not up to Sennheiser standards. No wonder they discontinued them. The PMX100 and 200 were MUCH MUCH better bits of kit.
