Hot vintage strat pickup

This pick up was perfect for the bridge position of my 68 reverse stratocaster. It struck a nice balance with the other two low impedance pups. Exactly what I was looking for!

David Gilmour uses this pickup in the bridge position on his black strat.

Need I say more? I mean the guitar actually has a book written about it! Much hotter than Fender standard strat pickups - something like 13,000 winds as opposed to most Strat pickups which typically have between 6000 - 7000 winds. I built a Black Strat to Gilmour specs and it sounds awesome in the bridge position. Really good value when you consider what Fender Custom Shop pickups cost. Put it in the bridge of your Strat. Nice pickup choice for the bridge

Seymour Duncan SSL-5 always has been my choice of bridge position pickup for most my strats.

A lot more output & gain for a single coil bridge, and still manages to keep the single coil glassiness.

Another great pickup from Seymour Duncan! Loaded these in the neck and middle with a TB-4 in the bridge of a Strat. Much better balance volume and tone wise than a vintage single coil.

This pickup is much better than the stock 82 bridge pickup that I had in my strat. It helps me push my amps wonderfully. I wish I would have bought a pickup like this along time ago.
