Good, fun comedy

Shanghai Noon is a comedy starring Owen Wilson and Jackie Chan.

It's a wild west / japanese theme about two men trying to save a princess. They both come from different backgrounds which is what makes the film funny. Owen Wilson and Jackie Chan play off each other well in the movie and come up with some funny scenes together.

Overall a good comedy 8/10

Shanghai Noon

Not a bad storyline with great comedy and action sequences. It's a great film for all the family. Chan and Wilson complement each other perfectly, amazing stunts from Chan and the ramblings of Wilson make this a real film a real treat.Read full review...

fun and action

Such a great thing to be able to see fantastic martial arts coreography without the bone crunching realism of some other eastern films.

Great entertainment, and nice to see the eastern martial arts pitted against the North American Red Indians as well as the gunslingers of the Wild West. This is truly east meets west.

Great escapism, made me laugh out loud in several places. Just watch how an expert uses the x-mas trees for self defence. Just simply expert entertainment.

Shanghai Noon

I love the Shanghai films - their allusions to famous people of the past keeps me entertained when Jackie Chan isn't kicking everything in sight. Owen Wilson and Jackie Chan are a perfect comedy duo. This film is a brilliant family film (plus the bloopers at the end have you in stitches).Read full review...
