This is an excellent vacuum cleaner. I never realised how good a stick vacuum cleaner could be. I can recommend buying purchases from this site. The aftersales help section is second to none, when they provided me with a charger for the vacuum at no extra charge. Read full review

Poor quality battery supplied
Battery worked for less than 5 mins, charged to full power again lasted 10 mins . Took a week to work return as Shark eBay team do not reply and when they do don’t bother replying to that . Had to call shark but they don’t deal with eBay items , eventually a manager agreed to raise a ticket to eBay team and all I got was we will pick up your item tomorrow. Bought this to replace a failing GTECH. wish I had got one of these instead. it is a great vacuum cleaner and easy to set up and use.
As a re-furb, although it looks brand new, it did not come with a wall bracket which I had to buy separately as the vac is a little top heavy and will not stand independently.
