Easy to use, very versatile, a little heavier than I thought but the bigger bin size makes up for this as I do not need to empty it so often. The LED lights light up dark areas well and the lead is very long, I can reach all downstairs, up the stairs and the landing without needing to change the plug. The only niggle I have is the accessories seem to get knocked off if you leave them on the stick when hoovering. Overall a great product.Read full review

A bit top heavy

This does the job but a little heavy maneuvering compared to my previous hoovers. Using the hose I find very stiff and have to keep stretching it but this will probably improve with use. The anti hair wrap brush works which is why I got it.Read full review

Hoover had to be cleaned out as it smelt awful . Roller bars do not work when switched on have to use hand give them a start this happens about 4 times till warm up then will work. Disappointed as bought this for my sister as she really liked mine.Read full review

Best cleaner that I have ever had.

As an owner of a dog that sheds vast amounts of fur, I have bought several vacs. with no success at picking it all up. The Shark is just wonderful. My carpets have never looked so good apart from when new.
