Only vacuum I'll ever purchase again
This thing works wonders! My last vacuum broke about 6 weeks ago-I have two dogs who like to take dry dirt baths and extremely long hair myself-needless to say, my carpets were pretty disgusting by the time the Shark arrived! Did not require multiple passes over the same area, got it clean in one pass. It did not just get the surface dirt, but tons of allergy causing micro dust as well. It is also quiet enough that my dogs will let me vacuum the dirt and fox tails directly off their backs-they usually bark at and run from the vacuum. Assembles and comes apart easily for cleaning when needed; great for dusting the walls, ceiling and ceiling fans as well. If I ever require another vacuum, I will definitely be purchasing this one again!Read full review

Wasted my money on refurbished
Suction on the floor is terrible I could do better with a broom. The handle suction is powerful. The clasp that releases the handle is already starting to malfunction when trying to put handle back on. If it doesn't reattach properly you ca not use the vacuum.

Can a Vacuum Change Your Life?? YES!!
Where has this vacuum been all my life?! I feel like my house smells better just using it and I had a decent vacuum before! It is light and not bulky and it so easy to manage. Super-easy to clean the container as well. Comes apart easily to do different types of vacuuming and I like that you control everything with buttons such as suction power, etc. The only negative I can think of it there is no cord storage...the cord is really long and I do like that feature on my old vacuum of being to have only part of the length of cord in use. Shark NV752 Rotator Powered Vacuum
I have to say that this vacuum works better than any vacuum than I have ever owned. It is complicated. The manual is very poor, whether you see it online, or in print. As an upright, straight forward. I like to never figure out how to empty the dust cup. The diagram, manual, did not help at all. I looked for a U tube video, that didn't work. I finally called Shark, and it still was hard to get it open to empty. Now that I know how to empty it, it is not hard to do. It is complicated to get the attachments on the cart, and then put everything back together again as an upright. It does work very well when it is vacuuming. The LED lighting is really good. The vacuum itself is very powerful, and has great suction. I have never owned a vacuum that you had convert it into a separate unit to use the attachments, and I have not decided yet if that is a good or bad thing. Overall, I like the vacuum.Read full review

This is an over-70 male who has bought many vacuums. Very well made product, well put together, several configurations which work great. Does an excellent job with powerful suction, BUT, if you have a long hair dog (mine - Golden Retrievers) you are in for a shock!!!
This was my experience after cleaning 2 room in ONLY the walk areas except one Lazyboy moved.
Clean front pickup brush -- 15 minutes with pocket knife to remove dog hair which was fused to the brush roller, including removing 1 front roller to remove curled hair including hammer and screwdriver to replace front roller. Then 120 psi 60 gallon air compressor to remove crystallized dust from pickup unit.
Clean collector after emptying debris and hair to remove crystallized dust. 10 minutes. See above.
Clean filter under collector - 5 minutes with compressed air. This was unquestionably the worst experience.
I cannot foresee any person taking care of their clearer (I had to do the above 2 times in one day) and letting it self-destruct due to lack of expertise in "realistic" and not fairy tale cleaning described in the manual.
I also do not foresee a drive-in for proper cleaning of this high tech vacuum cleaner, especially 2 times in one day as I just experienced.

Very User Friendly
Had a Dyson that really is not ergonomic with it's attachments and use of extension wand/hose. This Shark outshines the Dyson in all ways. Extremely easy to use and very efficient. Used this after using Dyson and picked up so much more. The pet tool is great as we have 2 long haired cats that also sleep with us and as my wife is allergic to them this does help greatly in regards to fine hair/dander. Best too for overhead cleaning on anything. Dyson still had 1 yr. left on warranty as I gave it away free. Worth every dollar.Read full review

This is a great vacuum cleaner. It has the power to really pull the particles of dirt and debrie out of your carpeting. The selector below the power button on the handle allows you to select between different pile heights of carpeting and a bare floor with just a push of the slideing button.
The power unit and canister can be removed from the base and handle to easily clean your car interior.
I can think of only one negative. When fully together for vacumming carpeting, it is heavy to push and pull back and forth. All things considered this is a fine machine.Read full review

Love my shark
My Kirby finally burned up after 35 yrs. I did not think a shark would come close to the suction and brushing that I was use to. This shark has really amazed me. It's quiet, powerful and light. It's so easy to maneuver and if you can't get to something with the carpet vacuum, you just push a button and the tube comes out that you can reach anywhere. No more bag to change, you just push a button and the can lifts off to take to the trash. This thing made my carpets look new. The Shark Rotator Powered Lift-Away Upright Vacuum UV795 is the best upright vacuum I have owned. I love the power it has and how easy it is to go from carpet floors to hardwood floors with the controls conveniently located on the handle. The lift-away makes it easy to pick up and use the wand to vacuum hard to reach places. There were so many attachments with this model you can clean anywhere in your home. Was going to buy a Dyson....BUT!
got this for a sweet $230 with shipping. I love every feature, one being the fact that i can vacuum under my couches, bed, nightstands and it really does have great suction! only downfall is that you must replace the filters every 3 months or so.... the hepa filter every year or so, but that was not a deal breaker considering the dyson filterless ball version would have cost around $470 at the best price point i could find at the time... hard to rationalize that difference in price just because of having to replace fliters. i wonder how many filters i would have to purchase to make up the $200+ in cost?
