As vital as promised.

Reading Madly Deeply, the Diaries of Alan Rickman, he mentioned that while in Dublin he went to a concert with Sharon Shannon where she was amazing as usual. I decided I had to find out more and was pleasantly suprised by the double CD. As vital as Alan had promised. I recommend this not only for its quality but also for the wide ranging music offered. The first CD is performed with guest artists from around the world while the second is purely local playing with the band from Letterfrack where the dics were recorded. Good value. I should say so. Sharon Shannon-The Diamond Mountain sessions

Not enough Sharon on this CD for my liking. Heard a track of hers on my car radio(Blackbird?") whilst on holiday in Ireland and became an instant fan. Bought a CD of her hits whilst over there and it is one of my all time favourites. Bought this cheaply on e-bay (where else?!) but it is not one I could really recommend for Sharon fans.Read full review...
