Plain talking ans sensible.
This book is for folks who are interested in building a shed themselves and are exploring the styles open to them. It covers very basic, very rustic and also the refined end of shed construction. Being a Haynes manual it's audience is those who already have a practical skills mindset but gives guidance and advice but not so much detail, there are other books for that.
It can be a 'Coffee Table' book but also a source of inspiration.
Well laid out and illustrated, plain talking and sensible as you would expect from a Haynes manual.Read full review...

A broad sweep
Limited on design ideas. High on basics i.e. health and safety and you need a hammer and nails. Well written.
