Improved brake rotor cooling

Had to switch to a 140mm front brake rotor because the 160mm rotor was getting too close to my fork. I've heard that going to smaller brake rotor may increase the chance of rotor warp due to reduced heat dissipation rate, so I picked ICETECH with supposedly improve cooling.
