So far, I've used it 5x. You do feel the tingling & such when you apply it to the areas on your body of choice. You do sweat a lot / w this product when doing exercises, I.e, cardio, (HIITS), most definitely. I gave this product 4 stars since I haven't used long enough to give it 5 stars.Read full review
