As sharp and well-built as reviewers say it is. Typical recent Sigma quality, which is very high. And as a nod to EBAY/sellers, far cheaper than some big name camera e-retailers. For a Sigma lens, relatively compact; their best lenses tend to be very large/heavy, but this one is manageable.

Only downside is that this lens has been on the market for several years now, and no firmware update for Sony E-mount. Thankfully, then lens seems to work well/fine on version 1.0Read full review...

Same optics as the DSLR versions , Top Notch

Like the title says and I have the Nikon F mount version . It’s a phenomenal lens period . It vignettes at f/1.4 pretty bad but this is part of the character of this lens . I love mine
