In my opinion this is absolutely the best toothpaste one can buy. E-bay is the only place you can get it now it is not available locally here in wales from any pharmacy or supermarket. I am very sensitive to toothpastes even pea sized amounts and many cause me to have horrendous acid reflux after use even though I don't intentionally swallow. Fortunately Signal does not have this effect and thus effectively is the ONLY toothpaste I can use.
