Silverline 868549 Pocket Hole Jig 6 8 and 10 Mm

It is a lot smaller in physical size than I expected. I thought it would be bigger. It is compact to not take up much space and a lot easier to use.

Very cheap - difficult to use

It is very small and when you clamp it becomes hard to line it up with your work piece.

Bad quality

I have tried my jig once, and the black collars do not have the same direction as the holes in the aluminum. The black collars are also short and do not support the drill bit very well

Hard to use

I found this product hard to use if it is not possible to clamp to the wok material. Just holding it by hand saw it wander when the Drill met the material. I drilled the pocket hole by hand.

Easy to use

Pros: Steel inserts keeps the drill on-line and the adjustable collar is easy to set.
Cons: No depth gauge for different material thickness. Cheap paper graphic would be OK.
