This product does eventually remove my waterproof mascara but does take more effort than expected, although its more effective than the various micellar waters I've tried. I do have sensitive eyes and it does not irritate them. Not perfect but the best out of the various liquid removers I've tried since my favourite Avon product was discontinued.Read full review

I wear waterproof eye makeup it looks good for a long time but it is so hard to remove. Tried many eye makeup removers that make my eyes sting and run afterwards. 'Simple' kind to skin removes waterproof mascara really does the trick and I no longer dread taking eye makeup off.Read full review

No stinging. Removes make/mascara easily.
I always use a clean pad on each eye.
And 2 to each eye. One to hold on eyelashes with eye closed and looking upward then 2nd to wipe down and wipe clean still with eyes closed.Read full review
