I lost my baby due to an infection that caused my waters to go at 21 weeks pregnant after trying 11 yrs to conceive with fertility issues. I'm wanting to try again so I bought these tests as I saw them in hospital and I know it's what they use. I want to be more vigilant in the next pregnancy as I didn't have any symptoms of an infection until it was to late. I used the sticks yesterday when they arrived and it showed I had leukocytes in my urine . So it must be a reoccurring infection from losing my baby on 17th Aug 17 . Went Drs today and was given antibiotics after testing at the Drs and dr has sent urine sample for testing. Tests came 2 days before estimated date and the packaging was in good condition. The tests were sealed with a very tough film on top of the plastic screw top tube.if I hadn't bought these tests I wouldn't have known I had white blood cells in my urine as I haven't had any symptoms of an infection. Ideal for pregnant women to diagnose infection in order to get antibiotics in your system as the longer infection is in your system the risk to your baby's health as it may lead to loss of your waters and infection making the baby ill.
