Big tablets for big health improvement.

With an appropriate diet and some (very, very little) physical exercises and these specific Plant Sterols, I have managed to lower my (bad) cholesterol level in a few weeks, by a quarter.
These are big tablets and it could result difficult to ingest but halved are nice and easy to be swallowed.
I take one a day, in the morning.

Does exactly what it's meant to

I've had great results from taking plant sterols to lower my cholesterol levels and they also reduced my triglyceride levels. These are very good quality and high strength. You need to take them 'every' day for several months to see a noticeable difference, but it's well worth it. In my opinion, it's way better than taking medication such as statins.Read full review
