Slave Zero (Sega Dreamcast, 1999)

Mid game, but nostalgic

Although my seller did everything perfect, this is nothing against them and I recommend their products. This game simply put I'd bad, and a smudge on the series. The concept of this game is amazing and the visual flare starts out great. The game quickly devolves into a mess.
I loved this game as a child and was so amped to finally put it in the dreamcast again only to immediately think.... oh. The environments are lack-luster, the gameplay is repetitive and droning, and worst of all this version has no music...
However the PC version of this game is far better, this is not a case like ReVolt where either version of the game is an incredible experience. If you want to play Slave Zero your best option is to either play the PC port or the fantastic Slave Zero X which far better fills the intent of the original artists and creators behind this hidden gem.

However this is not a horrible game on dreamcast, you could simply do far better. The story is solid though! Still an awesome piece to add to any dreamcast collection.Read full review
