Requires a little bit of perseverance; and perspiration, good diet is also needed, though I didn't go past 3 months and the results aren't that sensational

It does what it says. It tenses your muscles, however one side was less effective than the other, the pads wear quickly and I found it hard to find the best connection to my muscles.
