I was disappointed with this book. I seldom buy cookbooks but thought this might be good. I was hoping that aside from the recipes , a bit more about how to loose weight using Slimming World's food optimising theory might be explained but apparently you have to use this book in conjunction with attending Slimming World's classes. If I would have known this beforehand, I wouldn't have bought the book.Read full review

The book itself was a good read.

I wasn't happy with the state of the book when it arrived. I know it was cheap, but it could have been wiped down before it was sold.

It was covered in tea cup rings and particles of dried on food.

With so many viruses going round these days, I had to disinfect it before reading.Read full review
