Ear wax or no ear wax. That is the question.
The unit is of good construction, but I found the clip on rubber helix attachments do not stay clipped on when I used it. However, it does remove the ear wax, without a doubt. I just have to hold onto it a little tighter.Read full review

Doesn`t really work
Quality if pretty good & value is good just a shame that it doesn`t really work well or maybe I`ve just got odd shaped ears/ear canals.
I wanted something that isn`t as invasive as a cotton wool bud but the actual spiral bit is for me not robust enough, just too flexible & the actual handle head is too big to sit in the ear so subsequently this just doesn`t work & needs a redesignRead full review

It is no good if you have not got a very bad ear wax problem. As this is the case as in we do not have a bad ear wax problem we could not test it well enough to say its great . So only get this if you suffer from very bad ear wax. Good Luck.Read full review

Design change needed!

We are constantly told not to put things in our ears by doctors but this is a very safe way to do it. Because of the tapered shape of the very soft and flexible tips it works very well. Did the job really well!
I have had a problem with ear wax in my left ear for some time and found this item by chance during a search. At this price I decided to give it a go despite some of the not so glowing reviews.
The first time I tried it I was really impressed - right ear nothing (as expected) but left ear gave up a large amount of sticky brown wax. The only slight downside was that the soft rubber spiral came off the handle a few times when in use but that's no great problem as there's still plenty sticking out to pull it back out.
Overall, I'd recommend this little gizmo to anyone with ear wax problems - just don't be afraid to twist it in far enough to reach the wax!Read full review

OK if it reaches the ear wax or you have a severe build up.
Probably alright if you have a particularly bad problem with ear wax. Didn't make much difference to me as it didn't reach the wax in my ears. Safer than cotton buds i'm sure though.

Waste of time
The product is only for removing ear wax that is in the outer canal. So if you have wax that is spilling out of your ear this might work but for removing wax deeper in (where most people have it) it is completely useless. It does not penetrate deep enough.Read full review
