This is a necessary product for Philips Respironics CPAP/BIPAP machines so yes I would recommend it if you want to use your heated hose. The overall quality is good, just don't put any undue side pressure on it or it will come apart. Poor choice for the system one.

There us only one small plastic part less than the diameter of a dime and about 1/8 inch thick required for the system one. All other items in the kit are applicable to the Dream Station. There needs to be a kit just for the System One rather than a purchaser throwing 99% of the kit away and paying over $20 worth of parts.Read full review

The instructions were for 3 different units. My unit only needed the small piece of hose yet I paid $20 for it. It would be nice if you could sell adapters for different units so people like myself do not have to pay for what they do not need.Read full review
