After buying I was a little concerned as I saw a few 1star reviews, but the socks I received were excellent, top quality and fantastic value. Perhaps there are two different sets of socks being reviewed as these fitted perfectly, are well padded, have reinforced toe and heel, and keep their size, shape and feel after washing. Thin, poor quality and oversize

Firstly, size. Socks say they are size 6-11 but are just about too big for me (UK, size 9) - and only just hold themselves up. I'm sure after one or two wears, they will loosen to the point that they're too big. (If they even last that long, see below)

They're very VERY loosely bound material. You can pick black fluff off them all day long, and when you take them off at the end of the day, you have wads of black cotton between all of your toes... they're not going to last long at all, and a machine wash is likely to destroy them : /

Last, there's the cut. The toe is cut perfectly square, which means you have to keep them stretched while you put on a shoe, or else they will bunch up and aggravate the large and small toe with the excess material in the corners. Most sock manufacturers avoid square cut toes for this very reason.

Perhaps someone with size 11 feet won't have this last problem as much, but these certainly don't suit a UK size 9 or below. Even if you do have size 11's, these socks are thin, poorly made and will continuously shed their material.

Okay, I've just taken the first pair out of the wash after wearing for one day. Everything else is covered in little black fluff-balls and the sock already has a bare patch. These socks are going to have a very VERY short life.

6 pairs of socks ultimate work boot socks size 6 - 11 CUSHIONED?? sole reinforced Toe ???

I don`t rate this product at all. I thought i was getting a good deal and a product of a fairly decent quality.

The first new pair i wore I noticed they were a bit short on my leg (i am size 8 footwear) however i wore them for the day and when i took my shoes of when i got home from a day out. I was surprised to see a hole in my new sock.That was a normal days walking nothing extreme.

I contacted the supplier and i think he has fallen down a hole as i haven't heard from him since.

I wouldn't recommend this product. It came as a pack of six and the 5 pair that are left I just would not wear them. They are not very comfortable and are cold sock.

Super work boot socks

These work boot socks are fantastic, they are lovely and thick, making them ideal for work boots, the toes and heel give added protection against any "rubbing" from the boots. I have washed them in a cool wash and they measure the same after wash as before so no shrinkage what so ever. I have quite a thick set ankle and calf and the leg on the socks are ample to take my size. I am well pleased with the socks, so pleased I sent for another 12 pair pack. Nice and comfy

Size 6 to11 a bit misleading. You could get two size 6 feet in one sock.
I take size 9 and am quite happy with the product and the price but anyone with small feet will have a problem.

Too big

Sizes given are uk 6-11 but they measure 11 1/2” heel to toe with no elasticity at all. I would describe them as an over-sock, I.e. worn over normal socks for outdoor walking etc. One does not need 12 pairs of over-socks. Also cannot be tumble dried.
