This film has stayed with me for over 40 years since watching it as a small child. Bought this to watch again with my son over Christmas. Not disappointed. A bit dated of course but the story line is compelling and very thought provoking. Based loosely on the crew of the "Lady Be Good" B-24 bomber which crashed in the Libyan desert in 1943.

Good Film, Good Value.

Remembered this TV movie from the 70's and hadn't been able to find it again until recently. Very enjoyable movie, picture quality better than I expected. The DVD worked perfectly, I didn't test the Blu-ray disc because I don't have a player. Good to get both in the one box, though. Great value too.Read full review

If you haven't seen this movie you've missed a treat!

I first watched this movie over 40 years ago and recorded it on video. However the quality of the tape has deteriorated so much that its unwatchable. Pleased to see I could purchase this on DVD and it was as good as I remembered when I wrote a review of it back in high school. This story is a timeless psychological study of human nature with no real villain as such. Awesome.Read full review
