Gentle digestive Immune support

I have personally found this product brilliant for me, particularly as the capsules are gentle on my very sensitive, faulty digestive system. I usually take 2 capsules a day, although the max is 3 per day and although I prefer to take them with food, I've never had any troublesome side effects from this gentle Vitamin C. Solgar products are always of excellent quality anyway. Some Vitamin C products can, at high doses, can cause loose stools, but I've not experienced this with this Solgar product.
