What can I say except that Solgar has remained the BEST.

I have tried many brands, but my system absorbs Solgar with best.

I grew up using Solgar but decided to try other brands to save some money, and like they have said "cheapness always pays the darest". Those brands were not very effective.

Immune builder

I always take vitamin C, as long as it's not ascorbic acid. This is more natural and Solgar is a good company. I take this every other day along with other vitamins. I would definitely recommend this product throughout the flu & virus season as well as for COVID-19. I know there's no direct evidence that taking Vitamin C will do anything but it stands to reason that building one's immune system could diminish the impact of either. Read full review

How to avert a cold
