Some good headphones

Lightweight on low tones

I bought this as a replacement for the earphones that came with my Walkman for over 25 years ago. A connection in the cable went bad, resulting in an intermittent left unit. This replacement is quite smaller, resulting in sound without base tones, making the experience squeeky and incomplete. When one is listening to anything but music one knows well it is bearable, but when one wants to enjoy known music it is like being smacked in the face. Very poor sound quality product. There is no bass at all. I wonder how Sony has put their name to it. Highly disappointed.

What have Sony done?

I would expect better of Sony. The sound quality is absolutely terrible.
The output is tinny and all in the high end of the audio spectrum. It almost made my ears bleed!
If you value your hearing, do not buy these. Blame Sony for an utterly useless product.
If you would rather go deaf or not hear a woman screaching at you, buy them.

Terrible sound quality - fake?
