Very nice looking set, but much smaller than I imagined, of usual Sony high quality.
Instruction to set up were not entirely simple, but after some patience with the soft-ware programming, it seemed very logical.
You don't need to be a computer expert, but a basic knowledge of applications available is useful. It was not difficult, and seems fairly fool-proof to get started.
A knowledge of your existing TV components is also needed.
Working well, for what I purchased for; many other uses still to be explored.
Generally pleased with everything, and the hand-control is an impressive piece of kit, if a little small.
Not yet set this up to take control of my whole system, but I'm sure that would be an opportunity to dispense with at least two other hand-controls that are always going missing.

Okay Plex steamer

I really only got this for plex, and in that respect it is good enough. It runs android tv based on android 3.2 so you won't find many working apps. The remote/keyboard is fantastic and I wish I could get it to fully function with my pc but can't get the touch pad to work.Read full review...

Fast chrome on your big screen non smart tv.

Great bit of kit for some one with out an internet tv

easy to set up and use love the search function and some of the limited apps.

was a bit disapointed i could not play angry birds with the touch pad.

The problem is that you can not update the new version,android version on sony OC Android 3.2 very old . on playstore almost program not support. on youtube video almost not play , youtube have license on sony until end of june 2017. Useless thing .Nothing works that i want ..Read full review...

Great device

Great device for streaming videos and music, also good for browsing the web and youtube, controls my sky+HD box and surround sound so only need the one remote

It's disappointing and doesn't do the job it was designed to do.

This looks OK when you first boot up but if you try to do anything that's useful like play media it doesn't support the format of the media, being Android I thought I would just install another media player like one of the one's on my tablet that does support all the media but the play store on this device doesn't have any working players that support the new media formats and xbmc doesn't work either, for a top brand product it's disappointing and doesn't do the job it was designed to do.Read full review...

Awesome product. Good value for the money.

Works great. I am using it mostly to stream media from my pc with plex and I am loving it. And I do not need my TV remote since I can use the Google TV remote for the TV as well.

Nifty little box if you dont have a smart tv

Excellent little bit of kit. Installed Plex and it works a treat.If you don't have a smart tv but want the same functionality then this little box does the trick.
