Small, light weight and easy to use.
once you use it a couple of times and learn all the settings this camera is great, shoots 1 or 11 frames per. seconds , stops everything in motion .only bad thing is i cant see the viewfinder when its sunny so i look through the eye piece.I recomend this camera highly for the average person how wants great pictures .Read full review

Great Quality Camera
I love this camera!! The quality is almost as good as my DSLR. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and I love the fact that it has WiFi so you can transfer your images immediately!

Great camera
The Sony a6000 is a bargain when you consider the quality of images and ease of use. It has all the features your expect from a much larger DSLR but without the bulk.

High quality images even with low quality skills
Compact, lightweight, simple to use: this camera delivers great images even if you shoot in Automatic. But you can develop your skills, and improve your photos, with the many features of this camera. I look forward to becoming well-acquainted with those features.Read full review

Awesome. I have 2
Amazing make by Sony. aps-c sensor in a small body (same size sensor as fancy big cameras youll see at costco and high quality imagery in a small body). no need for a "mirror" in cameras. this is a mirrorless design that does not use a mirror. thats why all the cameras (except mirrorless) are so big. an actual mirror is in there to reflect light of image to your eye and it flips up out of the way to let light hit sensor. seems archaich to me that all the big names still make cameras this way. mirror slapping up out of the way. not only a useless moving part that will eventually need servicing but a moving part to cause vibration which could affect image quality. anyhow, great camera. i have 2 of them. put a zeiss lens on it for some amazing imagery !! have not used standard 16-50 stock lens but i do use 55-210 stock lens and i would call images standard as in a canon. people say zeiss lenses have "pop" but it is just more clear pure glass which translates to crisp "images" more than traditional "pictures" as one would think of a typical photograph. i am very hard on my gear and this camera rocks. A+Read full review
Great all purpose camera.
Pretty much does everything a photographer could want. Great image quality, flexibility of manual controls, interchangeable lens to utilize its zoom and low light capabilities and very light and portable to use as a travel camera. Highly recommended.Read full review

Outstanding camera, recommend it for beginners
Cannot get too technical here as I am a complete beginner. However, the image quality is outstanding (not kidding) consider at what price it comes with. If are a beginner then, go ahead and start with this one. Something to point out are: the view finder that allows the camera to track the objects as they are moving. The battery life is kind of short I have to carry 3 full batteries for the day.. these are things that comes up into my mind right now but overall a great camera...Read full review
