Sony BSC10 Bluetooth Wireless NFC Speaker Magnetic Charging Dock Xperia Z Z1 Z2

Rapid charging, muted sounds.

Used for my Xperia Z2 tablet and phone. Once a suitable insert is installed to accommodate the phone the magnetic charging point locates the phone or tablet with ease. There is enough choice to accommodate items with cases and with screen protectors, but it takes a little trial and error. Once installed the items charge rapidly via the magnetic charging point. Quicker than through micro USB charging.
Bluetooth pairing for the speaker is easily done through NFC and can facilitate phone calls. The speaker is marginally lose than the phone/tablet speakers which is disappointing for its size. The sound is not as sharp as it could be and sounds muted, but I haven't played with the equaliser settings to see if improvement can be gained.
There is an external 3.5mm jack input in the back but I have not used this.
Overall it is a nice accompanyment to my Sony products but poor additional volume and muted sound make it a little disappointing. I would have liked to have seen a USB charging point on the back to charge other items without the need for a separate charger, like the smart band. Rapid charging is a plus. I am not disappointed with it given the price paid (£15) but glad I didn't buy it when the phone and tablet were first released.Read full review

Good for easy charging

This is great for easy charging of my phone, which is what I bought it for, but the Bluetooth speaker is poor and it isn't very good when using hands free.

This has to be my best value eBay buy ever. I don't know how they got these items at this price but if you have a Sony device, either tablet or phone that is supported by this docking station my advice is buy one quick before they have all gone.Read full review
