Shape makes it user-unfriendly to hold. Design looks like something from 1990 and very incongruous with the more modern Bravia SMART TV. It's handy for certain things that the other remote won't do, mainly, voice control (works better than I expected). The touch sensitive pad is very dated, as are the buttons. Tricky to press a button without the thing feeling like a bar of soap slipping out of the hand. Not sure it was worth what I paid, but may prove to be over time. Will see.Read full review
